Ben was so excited tonight to finally get to make his pumpkin pie using the pumpkins that he had pureed. I made the pie crust while he prepared the filling and here's the result!
He hasn't tried it yet, it wasn't finished in time for him to try it before bed, so I'm sure he's ready for tomorrow once he gets home from work just to taste his first pie!
